Harmonic Device
It is a mechanical device. It has got two jaws which move with very high friction. It is the movement of the jaws of it which cause heat energy to produce and that causes cutting and coagulation. It has two jaws.
Ligasure
It is a bipolar energy device. Hormonic is a device which will continue to cut and coagulate . I will not stop on itself.
