Stages of Breast Cancer :-
Stage 1 :-
=>Tumor < 2 cm in diameter. 
=>No nodal metastasis.
=>Without distant metastasis.

Stage 2 :-
=>Tumor < 5cm in diameter. 
=>Nodes , if palpable,  not fixed.
=>Without distant metastasis. 

Stage 3 :-
=>Tumor > 5 cm in diameter 
=>Tumor of any size with invasion of skin or attached to chest wall
=>Nodes in the supraclavicular area
=>Without distant metastasis. 

Stage 4 :-
=>Without distant metastasis. 



Biopsy of Breast 
Needle biopsy is false in 15 - 20 % of cases.
